These Terms of Use are entered into by and between You and Kids to Hire, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("Company," "we," or "us"). The following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use"), govern your access to and use of www.kidstohire.com, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through www.kidstohire.com (the "Website"), whether as a guest or a registered user, as well as the mobile and web-based applications (the “Apps”).

Eligibility to Use the Website and Apps
The Company provides services for adults to match them with kids who can perform some services for them and the Company similarly provides services for kids to match them with adults who needed a small job done.
Adults can sign up on the Website and Apps and provide Driver’s License information so that the Company can perform a criminal background check.
Kids can sign up only with their parents or guardian. The kids’ profile on the Website and Apps will be operated by a parent or guardian, who will be responsible for managing and creating a new profile for the kid. By registering as a kid, you represent and warrant that you are over the age of majority and are consenting the Terms of Use by any minors for whom a profile has been created.
If you are a minor and would like to use the Website or Apps, your parent or guardian may sign up and open a profile on your behalf.
Accessing the Website and Account Security
Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Website or Apps, and any service or material provided on this Website, in the Company’s sole discretion. The Company will not be liable if at any time or for any period all or part of the Website or Apps are unavailable. From time to time, the Company may restrict access to all or part of the Website, Apps, to users, including registered users.
The user is responsible for:

These Terms of Use permit you to use the Website and Apps for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website and Apps.
