Parents or guardians must approve all communications and jobs for their kids with adult job providers. You or your kids' contact information is never shared. The only way to communicate is through the secure Kids to Hire portal. Tracking links are provided so you know where your kids are.
All jobs are neighborhood-based. All kids and adult job providers live within an approximate 5-mile radius of each other – a distance that can often be walked, bicycled, or easily driven. This is a great way to get to know your neighbors!
All adult job providers are criminal background checked with an Oregon Criminal Database and Sex Offender Search for criminal records. We exclude any adult job providers who have a criminal background.
