Let Neighbors Know You Are Interested in Work: The platform will post a basic profile of the kid interested in work so that job providers can contact the kid and parent directly when a work need arises.
Safety First: All communications from job posters to kids are sent at the same time to parents to keep kids safe. Kids to Hire never shares any contact information about kids or parents; the only way to communicate is through the secure chat inside the Kids to Hire website. Kids to Hire also does background checks on all job providers on the platform.
